In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "lk21x", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the lk21x gaming platform, operated by its internationally licensed holding entity, and all associated services, products, and infrastructure made available through the domain lk21x.net.
• "Platform" — refers to the lk21x website, mobile-optimised site, any future native application, and all underlying services accessible via lk21x.net, including the casino, sportsbook, payment system, and customer support channels.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the lk21x Platform and uses any product or service offered thereon.
• "Account" — refers to the individual, personal, and non-transferable account created by a Member upon successful registration and verification on lk21x.
• "Balance" — refers to the funds held within a Member's lk21x Account, denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentive-based funds credited to a Member's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Game Provider" — refers to any third-party software studio whose games are made available on the lk21x Platform, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; refers to the identity verification process conducted by lk21x to confirm a Member's identity, age, and eligibility before processing withdrawals or large transactions.
• "Restricted Territory" — refers to any jurisdiction in which accessing and using the lk21x Platform is expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• "Applicable Law" — refers to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction under which lk21x holds its gaming licence, as well as any other laws that may apply to a specific transaction or interaction between lk21x and a Member.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on lk21x, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lk21x does not knowingly permit persons under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not open Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing lk21x from, a jurisdiction in which online gaming is expressly and comprehensively prohibited under local law where such prohibition would render your use of lk21x unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with lk21x or any gaming operator affiliated with lk21x's licensing entity.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of lk21x, any of its affiliated entities, or any of its Game Providers, insofar as such participation would constitute a conflict of interest under lk21x's internal policies.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Opening an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account, is strictly prohibited.

lk21x reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period specified by lk21x may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Registration Process

To register an Account on lk21x, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number. You agree to keep this information accurate and up to date at all times.

One Account Per Person

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on lk21x. Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, lk21x reserves the right to close all associated accounts, confiscate any balances and bonus funds held therein, and permanently ban the Member from the Platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. lk21x will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify lk21x immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. lk21x will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, or at any time lk21x deems it necessary for compliance purposes, lk21x may require you to complete a KYC verification process. This typically involves submitting a government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP or passport), a recent proof of address, and, where applicable, documentation verifying your nominated payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by lk21x may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality on your Account.

All transactions on the lk21x Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). lk21x does not currently accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply any currency conversion to Member Balances.

Deposit Methods & Processing

lk21x accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are generally credited to your lk21x Account Balance within 60 seconds of successful bank confirmation. lk21x does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fees, for which lk21x accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the Member's own name and has been used for at least one prior deposit on the Account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. lk21x reserves the right to adjust this minimum from time to time with reasonable prior notice.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Clause 3.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically between 15 and 60 minutes from the time of request approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or during system maintenance, but lk21x endeavours to complete all withdrawals within 24 hours.
• lk21x reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

Summary of Transaction Limits

lk21x offers various bonus and promotional incentives to its Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed in full before any portion of the Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer is available once per Member, household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless the specific offer terms expressly provide otherwise.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, blackjack, and baccarat typically contribute a lower rate. The specific contribution schedule will be published with each promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within 30 calendar days of crediting unless a shorter or longer period is stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited and will be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: lk21x reserves the right to void bonus credits and confiscate associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, exploitation of mathematical advantages in game selection, hedging bets across promotional and non-promotional balances, or any other conduct that lk21x determines, at its reasonable discretion, to constitute abuse of a promotional offer.
• Modification and Withdrawal: lk21x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Modifications will not retroactively alter the terms applicable to bonuses already credited and accepted.

All games offered on the lk21x Platform are governed by the individual rules published by the relevant Game Provider. In the event of any conflict between lk21x's general Terms and the Game Provider's published rules for a specific game, the Game Provider's rules shall prevail in respect of that game's mechanics, payouts, and dispute resolution.

lk21x exclusively offers games from licensed and certified Game Providers whose random number generators (RNG) have been independently audited and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical equipment — cards, roulette wheels, or dice — operated by trained human dealers in a regulated studio environment. lk21x does not alter, modify, or interfere with game outcomes under any circumstances.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server interruption, connection loss, or software error — the outcome of the affected round may be declared void and the wager returned to the Member's Balance, depending on the stage at which the interruption occurred. lk21x will apply the relevant Game Provider's malfunction policy in all such cases and will not be liable for any losses attributed to technical malfunctions beyond lk21x's reasonable control.

lk21x is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Members. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity; it is not a reliable source of income and carries a real risk of financial loss. lk21x provides the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount deposited to their lk21x Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Loss Limits: Members may set caps on the total net losses permitted within a defined calendar period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure in-session notifications that appear after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the Member will be unable to log in, deposit, or place wagers on lk21x.

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the lk21x Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or customer support interactions.
• Opening, operating, or assisting another person in opening or operating more than one Account on lk21x.
• Using the lk21x Platform for any money laundering activity, including but not limited to depositing funds that represent the proceeds of criminal activity or using the Platform to layer, integrate, or conceal the origin of such funds.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, advantage play that exploits promotional structures, or collusion with other Members in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data harvesting tools, or any other technology to access, scrape, or interfere with the lk21x Platform.
• Attempting to access any part of the lk21x Platform's technical infrastructure, including servers, databases, or administrative interfaces, without authorisation.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith, where the disputed transaction was legitimate and made in accordance with these Terms.
• Facilitating or assisting any third party in conducting any of the prohibited activities listed above.

lk21x reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate Account suspension, confiscation of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

lk21x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's Account at its reasonable discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Access from a Restricted Territory.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring lk21x to restrict or close the Account.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any Balance held in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be preserved during the investigation period. Where an Account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, lk21x reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account Balance proportionate to the nature and severity of the breach.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining in a voluntarily closed Account (net of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable period.

All content on the lk21x Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, graphic design elements, game interfaces, text, software code, and data compilations — is the property of lk21x or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, modified, published, displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of lk21x or the relevant rights holder.

Game content made available through third-party Game Providers remains the intellectual property of those providers. Access to Game Provider content through lk21x does not constitute a licence to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit that content outside the context of normal gameplay within a registered lk21x Account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lk21x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the lk21x Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill — even if lk21x has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

lk21x's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by the Member to their lk21x Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) Rp 5.000.000.

Nothing in this clause shall limit lk21x's liability for death or personal injury caused by lk21x's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

lk21x does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities, and accepts no liability for losses arising from periods of Platform unavailability, provided that lk21x takes reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and to notify Members of planned maintenance in advance.

lk21x collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Members in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and customer support. The collection and use of personal data are governed by lk21x's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account on lk21x, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You also confirm that all personal data you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to submit it. lk21x will not sell or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lk21x holds its international gaming licence. The specific jurisdiction is determined by lk21x's licensing authority and may be updated from time to time; current details are available from lk21x's customer support team upon request.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the first instance, Members should attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting lk21x's customer support team at [email protected] with a written description of the complaint. lk21x will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through lk21x's internal process within 30 calendar days, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by lk21x's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body will be provided in lk21x's substantive response to any unresolved complaint.

For the avoidance of doubt, the submission of a dispute to lk21x's internal complaints process does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

lk21x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Member — lk21x will provide at least 14 calendar days' advance notice via email to your registered address, or by a prominently displayed notice on the Platform, before the amended Terms take effect.

For minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or changes required to comply with applicable law — lk21x may update the Terms with immediate effect. The "Version" and "Effective Date" listed in the page header will be updated to reflect each revision.

Your continued use of the lk21x Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account.
